A recent TNB statement and a few roof photos are enough to start.
Consultation is the advisory step: whether a roof and TNB account are suitable, how Solar ATAP differs from old NEM stories, and what size of system is worth discussing. It is not a second copy of the installation page.
The homepage consultancy card describes financial and technical guidance from start to finish. This page is that conversation: bills, tariffs, programme rules and roof constraints, before rails go on the roof.
We do not promise a fixed ROI. Payback depends on tariff, usage, weather, equipment and programme rules that can change.

Self-consumption, export credits, and why unused credit does not bank to next month.
Calculator estimate, site survey, or wait if the site is not suitable.
Consultation does not lock a brand. Equipment is selected later on the quotation.
Solar ATAP is the Solar Accelerated Transition Action Programme for Peninsular Malaysia. It replaced Net Energy Metering as the current consumer rooftop programme from 1 January 2026. Homes and businesses use solar first for their own load and may receive bill credits for eligible exported energy in the same billing period.
Cost depends on system size (kWp), roof structure, electrical works, equipment choice and current programme fees. Inhome Solar estimates a residential package from the monthly TNB bill in the solar calculator. Treat that figure as indicative, not a fixed quote.
Eligible Solar ATAP consumers can export surplus energy to TNB within programme limits. Domestic credits use the Energy Charge component; non-domestic credits use Average SMP. Excess above imported energy or MAQ in that billing period is forfeited.
Solar used on site can reduce imported electricity. Exported energy may earn a bill credit under Solar ATAP, with different rules for domestic and non-domestic accounts. Unused credit is not carried forward. Actual savings depend on usage pattern, tariff, weather and system size.
