Landed houses in KL and adjacent Selangor townships are the usual residential candidates: terrace, semi-D and bungalow roofs can take photovoltaic arrays if structure, orientation and shading allow.
High-rise apartments and stratified units are a different case. Individual owners often cannot install panels on a shared roof without joint management body approval, so we assess landed or exclusively owned roof space rather than assuming every KL address is suitable.
Afternoon cooling load in the Klang Valley often aligns with solar generation. System size should still follow the TNB bill, daytime usage and roof area, not a generic panel count.
